Indian exporters, crypto payment,

30% tax should not be imposed on Indian exporters receiving crypto payment

The recent announcement that Binance and other top crypto exchanges are likely to get banned in India again highlighted the flawed Indian government policy of hiring fake experts in the Indian internet sector allegedly bribed by the top tech and internet companies. For examples since 2010, the government agencies hiring goan call girls, sindhi school dropouts, housewives, greedy gujju stock traders, gurugram cheater mba and other high status well connected frauds, and falsely claiming that they are online experts, investors after stealing the data of a private citizen, real expert, who is criminally defamed, denied her fundamental rights and is making great financial losses.

The fake internet expert government employees are mainly housewives only cooking, cleaning for their crooked husband or doing other offline activities, they do not have any online income and do not pay online expenses which can be legally proved checking their income tax returns. Yet the government refuses to correct its records in the internet sector and relies on these fraud mostly married women, who are puppets of their husband or relatives. This has resulted in major mistakes in government policy making especially in the crypto sector, where 30% tax is uniformly imposed on all crypto receipts in Indian exchanges.

The well paid government employees fail to understand the profile of crypto users in india. While there are some traders who are dealing in large amounts of more than $3000 monthly , a majority of the crypto users are receiving a small amount for the products and services which they sell since they cannot find any suitable paid work offline in India.
These users are from the poorer and powerless communities , especially OBC whose corrupt dishonest leaders and officials are extremely ruthless and greedy in cheating, exploiting, robbing, criminally defaming hardworking professionals, investor with engineers having a good JEE rank suffering the most.

Some of these smaller crypto users have been receiving PayPal payment for selling products or services for more than 15 years. They also receive payment through Payoneer, Stripe, Skrill or wise, other payment processors, SWIFT have a registered IEC, Import Export number (IEC) linked to their PAN number, are registered with DGFT. These crypto users are not paying 30% tax on their Paypal, Payoneer, Stripe receipt since they are exports from India.

Increasingly businesses worldwide, especially in Europe are preferring to pay their vendors using cryptocurrencies, in some cases, their PayPal account is disabled.
So logically these exporters receiving export payment in cryptocurrency should be treated the same as PayPal or other export receipt. Yet due to the flawed government policy of hiring fake online experts in intelligence agencies (mainly relatives, friends of top government employees), all crypto receipts are subjected to 30% tax.

Already the small exporters are making very less money due to government policy of hiring fake online experts, have expenses, so they are forced to use Binance and other offshore exchanges. Banning the major exchanges will not be a solution to the problem, only the time and money of the crypto users will get wasted. The government should be able to profile the crypto users, consult real crypto users and then formulate a suitable policy targeting large crypto holders, instead of harassing small online businesses making less than $1000 a month from export of online services.
Please note that as part of the SLAVERY of online workers. Indian intelligence agencies allegedly falsely claim that their cybercriminal banking fraudster employees like bengaluru brahmin cheater nayanshree, panaji goan bhandari sunaina chodan, who do not spend time, own the online account of private citizens including this one.
