Bread itself health

j00.jpg

Whole grain bread, same health. Each of the four seeds used has its own health-promoting and even healing properties. Black cumin seeds and linseed are of particular interest here. Black seed has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties, it stabilizes the hormonal balance. Biotin contained in black cumin seeds improves the appearance of hair and skin. It also supports the functioning of the nervous system. Flaxseed contains omega-3 fatty acids, lignans, i.e. plant hormones, and fiber. Omega-3 supports the reduction of blood pressure and immune processes. For this natural yoghurt and proven pumpkin and sunflower seeds - and we have the bread of life.

Ingredients

0.5 kg of oat flakes, 0.5 l of fresh natural yogurt, about 50 grams of shelled pumpkin seeds, shelled sunflower seeds, a few grams of black cumin seeds and linseed, a few pitted prunes, 1 large spoon of buckwheat honey, 1 / 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of baking soda. In addition, you need a form preferably rectangular and baking paper.

Preparation of bread dough

The method of preparation is uncomplicated, because no mixer is needed, a large table spoon is enough.

Pour oatmeal into the dish, add a little salt, baking soda and mix.

Then add the next ingredients, i.e. sunflower seeds, black cumin, linseed and pumpkin.

Finally, add prunes, a spoonful of honey and 0.5 liters of natural yoghurt. Mix everything thoroughly until a thick mass is obtained. If the proportions are wrong, add more oats or yoghurt, depending on the needs, to obtain the correct consistency.

Baking bread

Line the form with baking paper, so that quite a lot of it protrudes beyond the edges. This will make it easier for us to pull out the finished baking later.

Then put the prepared mass into the mold and level it. We put them in a preheated oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.

The bread is ready. It is suitable for practically everything, for sandwiches, salads, as a healthy, wholesome whole grain bread.

I prefer slightly warm, spread with quite thick natural butter, possibly butter and cottage cheese. Additionally, I sprinkle with green onions.
