This is today's photo from the Maroko pond. The winter is not harsh, and the ice cover is maybe 10-15 cm. And in the middle of the pond are two flowers. They were probably taking photos for tik-tok or instagram - the scenery is fabulous. But where's the imagination?

When I was a child, there were winters with constant frosts day and night, the ice cover was as thick as 80 cm, and I could feel safe when I stepped onto the surface. Today's youth lack imagination and, above all, knowledge. They fall into an ice hole in the blink of an eye and don't even notice that they are already dead. Massacre!

And apart from that, routine. The day is as usual. Fog in the morning, no hope for sun, and then sun and warmth. A long walk in the park and feeding the birds. They appear in quite large numbers and I have the impression that they are complaining about not having enough food - i.e. nuts.
