Komes beer from the Fortuna brewery is probably the best craft beer I've ever had. And it's not just about one type, as their selection of beverages is extensive and equally delicious.

Komes Triple Gold is quite a strong beer, boasting a whopping 8.5% alcohol by volume, but contrary to appearances, it's almost imperceptible.

Of course, beer must be paired with good food, so this time it's accompanied by pork goulash with mushrooms, boiled potatoes, and Chinese cabbage salad, with garlic-pickled cucumber and mayonnaise. Pure poetry.

Komes beer has one distinctive feature: it belongs to the group of long-aged beers. Young beer has a fruity aftertaste and is sweet, but after 36 months of aging, it becomes dry and complex with many flavors. Therefore, it's worth storing this bottle somewhere and forgetting about it.

The beer is produced by top fermentation and preserved in the bottle using refermentation. It contains 8.5% alcohol and 17% extract.
The beer's flavor is primarily influenced by high-quality Pilsner malt, Golding hops, and several other bittering varieties. I can recommend this beer to any connoisseur of fine flavors.

Another excellent beer from this stable is the raspberry-flavored Porter. It's probably the best Porter I've ever had. I've written about it before, but I might revisit the topic once I find a bottle aged for at least 24 months.

Enjoy your meal 😉
