450 g of crust sheet
250 grams of sunflower oil
250. grams of sugar
2 vanilla
zest of 2 oranges
150 g orange jam with pieces
5 beaten eggs
500 grams of yogurt
200 g sour cream (or sour milk or milk with 2 tbsp lemon)
20 g baking powder

For the syrup

600 grams of sugar
500 grams of water
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange juice and zest
100 g of orange jam



Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the crust sheets into medium strips.
In the hand mixer, beat the eggs at a high speed and 200 gr. sugar until white and fluffy. Add the orange zest. Add the yogurt, vanilla and baking powder, beating on medium speed.
After the ingredients are mixed, add the sunflower oil at the end. Beat well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the pieces of crust leaves little by little, stirring gently with a fork. Transfer the orange pie mixture to an oiled pan.
Bake for about an hour, until golden brown and forming a golden crust.
Prepare the syrup.
Put the sugar, water, orange juice and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Pour over the cold orange pie with hot syrup or vice versa.
