310 ml of water

300 gr. granulated sugar

280 gr. flour, g.o.x and sifted

250 gr. butter, at room temperature

4 eggs, large

3 tbsp. cocoa, sifted

1 tbsp. baking powder




Place a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, sugar, cocoa and stir with a whisk. Once dissolved, add the butter and continue stirring until the butter melts.

After they melt, remove the pot from the heat, pour 240 gr. of the above mixture in a bowl and leave the syrup aside.
Then, add the flour, the baking powder and the eggs in portions to the saucepan, stirring constantly with the hand whisk, until the mixture is slightly firm.
Then, empty the mixture from the saucepan into a square non-stick pan measuring 25x25 cm, where we have spread 2 sheets of oil glue in the shape of a cross and bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 240 ° C in the air.
Once cooked, remove the cake from the oven, make holes with a knife on its surface and then pour the rest of the mixture that we kept in the bowl.
Finally, let the chocolate pie cool slightly, cut into pieces and serve.
