200 gr. cow butter, from the fridge
1 pc. egg
300 gr. flour for all uses
1 tbsp. baking powder
200 gr. jam (eg raspberry, strawberry, forest fruit, etc.)


Cut the butter into cubes and pour all the ingredients together in the mixer. Knead them with the feather so that they are homogenized and become a uniform dough. Spread the dough in a square hoop or baking tray measuring 20 x 20 cm, holding a little aside to make the streaks of the surface, which we put in the fridge for a while to tighten. Spread the jam over the dough, leaving a gap of 1 cm around the periphery. With the rest of the dough we make long narrow sticks. Place the halves on the flora paste diagonally, leaving equal to each other. Then place the remaining halves perpendicular to the previous ones. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 45-50 minutes. Leave to cool and sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
