Good morning my friends, today I got for you the most delicious homemade pizza I ever made , let’s do this together step by step
Ingredients for the dough
500 gr. hard flour
1 sachet of dry yeast
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
Ingredients for the sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup concentrated tomato juice
Ingredients for the pizza
cheese for toast
First we prepare the dough In a bowl we add the flour and the oil.
Mix by hand so that the flour absorbs the oil.
Add the yeast, sugar, salt and gradually the lukewarm water, continuing to mix the mixture by hand.
Knead for 5 minutes until it becomes a soft dough. (In case the dough sticks to our hands, add a little more flour. In case the dough is hard, pour a little water in our palm and continue kneading).
Once our dough is ready, cover it with a clean towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the sauce In a small saucepan put a little olive oil and the concentrated tomato juice, a little salt, pepper and oregano.
Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
We prepare the ingredients that we will put in the pizza. We cut it into slices (thin or thick depending on how we like it), the onion, the tomato, the pepper, the mortadella and the toast cheese.
Final stage After 30 minutes, our dough has risen and doubled.
Put it on the kitchen counter and knead it lightly for seconds.
Cut the dough into 3 pieces. We will use 1 in the pizza and the other 2 we put them in bowls with oil and keep them in the freezer for the next times.
We put the ball that we kept (it will be about 200 gr.) In an oiled pan and with our palms we spread it all over the pan.
From the saucepan take a little tomato sauce and spread it on the dough.
Divide the rest of the sauce into jars and keep it in the freezer for later uses.
After we have spread the sauce evenly on the dough, we put one by one the perimeter of the tomato slices that we have cut.
Put the onion slices on top and the pepper slices on top of the onion.
Then add the mortadella and the cheese for toast. Cover the entire surface of the pizza with plenty of grated gouda cheese.
We have already preheated our oven to 230 degrees.
Put our pizza pan in the oven, bake for 30 minutes until the dough is golden and the cheeses are melted.
