Good morning my friends, with creativity level on , today we will create something delicious and beautiful, let’s do this
1 kg of hard flour
100gr. butter room temperature
9gr. dry yeast
500gr. lukewarm water
For the filling:
8 slices of bacon in pieces
2 sliced tomatoes
1 chopped pepper
Feta, olives, onion (optional
For the dough:
Start by putting lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp of the total flour in the mixer bucket.
After 10 minutes that the yeast has been activated, add the remaining ingredients and mix until it becomes dough.
Put the dough on your counter with a little flour underneath and cut into pieces of 200 gr, powder with a little flour and cover with a towel for ½ hour. Then sprinkle your counter with flour and open each of your dough in an oval shape.
For the filling of the penirli
In a bowl, mix the grated cheese with the Philadelphia and cut the rest of your ingredients.
Divide the cheese mixture in the peinirli, add the bacon, pepper and tomato.
As it is oval, grab the upper right side and lower the left, then fold inwards the parallel sides and when you reach the other side, fold the left lower side, covering and closing the rest of the penirli towards the upper side, put a little water on your fingers. and press the corners so that they stick well.
In a pan with oil paste, sprinkle a little flour and as you transfer the peinirli to the pan, pull the corners so that it lengthens and grows a little.
Leave them covered with a towel for half an hour and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, you may need to change sides in between.
As we said at the beginning, the dough for the peinirli is the base and it gets the praise when it is fluffy and delicious! The filling is to your liking and taste, with countless combinations to enjoy and experiment! Try this recipe for peinirli dough and if you want to dare more creatively you can make it in any shape you want!
Enjoy this my friends I got you tomorrow.
Stay safe and healthy and take care of your people
