Good morning my friends and happy weekend, today for all of you a great recipe for beautiful children with orange sauce, believe me and try it , it’s amazing

Ingredients

4-6 whole chicken legs
2 organic oranges
1 onion
2 cans of beer
1 kg mixed spices of your choice-oregano, thyme, rosemary etc
2 tbsp honey dissolved in a little warm water

For the sauce:

The broth from roasting the chicken
2 tablespoons soft mustard
juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons corn flour or flour
thyme, salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Wash the chicken well, and dry it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices. We put it in the hull.
Peel the onion and cut it in half, and wash the oranges well and cut them in half. Add them to the hull together with the chicken.
Pour the beers, and the honey on top, cover and place in the oven. Lower to 180 and bake for about 1.5 hours.
When the chicken is ready, open the hull and with a tablespoon, remove almost all the broth and place it in a saucepan. Put the chicken in the oven open to brown, for about ten minutes.
At the same time add the thyme, a little salt and pepper and the mustard to the broth. Dilute the corn flour in the lemon juice, stirring well to dissolve, and add into the broth, stirring well with a whisk, until the sauce thickens. When it is ready, throw it over the chicken that you have taken out of the oven. The food will have enough sauce. Serve with puree or rice.

It’s easy and you and your family will love this , I will wait for your comments to see if you like it

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
