Good morning my friends, today I got for you a special dinner option very easy and extremely delicious , join me at this
2 tenderloin total weight 600 g.
1 cup. of brown olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons mustard soup
1 glass of white wine
1 teaspoon rosemary leaf soup
In a cup. of tea mix the honey together with the mustard until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Put a large pan on the fire and heat the olive oil. Saute the brisket inside until well browned. Add the rosemary leaves, stir and simmer with the white wine. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
If necessary, and the sauce has dried, add a little more water. Pour in the honey and mustard mixture, bring to a good boil and turn off the heat. Take out the tenderloin , cut them into slices, place them on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
They are pleasantly accompanied by french fries or a buttery pilaf to enjoy their sauce.
