Today I got for you my best and lovely dessert, in Greece we call this “trigona panoramatos “ and it is a traditional Greek dessert from Thessaloníki.
I prefer to buy it not to create it cause it need a lot of time of cooking and preparation but Thessaloníki is almost 700 kilometers from my home , today I will try this recipe from akis petretzikis official website https://akispetretzikis.com/en/categories/glyka/trigwna-panoramatos and I hope to get a result near to original.
If you ever come to Greece near Thessaloníki and north Greece ask for them and you will be in love , also if you decide to create them like me i will wait for your feedback.
