Let us discuss the ways to earn. Once you have opened a free account, look at the directory to the left. You will see a link named Achievements. Look at this link as your To-Do List. Here is an example of that link.

You will see a list of tasks to complete followed by the reward when you complete them. Think of leveling up in a game for example. Only this time, leveling up gives you a raise bonus.

Level Bonus

To understand this simple logic, you must first resort back to the work place. If an employee is promoted, what should follow is a wage increase. This is the same idea. For every level you gain you gain a reward, or raise. For example; Level 10 would give you a 1.0% bonus. Level 100 would give you 100% bonus. Pretty simple. It is worth the effort in order to increase your wealth.
