A White Noise is an electronic voice phenomena (EVP)- where voices can be heard on audio recordings, some People believe that this Voices are the Voices of Dead People. The Movie's about a Guy who tries to prevent Disasters that are Predicted to him by EVP records.

Personal thoughts:

I Watched this Movie at its Release at the Cinema and i liked it, of course its 15 Years old and not everybody will like it but I still think positive about it. 

PS: I'm not allowed to even mention the Name of this Movie in front of my Wife ; )
