Web3 Founder Mode Lessons

By PVM | Mind Puzzle | 1 hour ago

The biggest lesson I've learned isn't about finding the perfect strategy. It's about staying consistent. Here's the framework I use: Show up every day. Review what worked and what didn't. Improve one small thing each time.

Repeat without chasing shortcuts. Most people quit because they expect instant results. The ones who keep going eventually build skills that can't be copied. A winner never stops.

Sometimes we win, sometimes we learn. Both move you forward if you're consistent. That's one reason I enjoy following what Rally is building. Long term consistency always beats short term hype.

There's no secret! Rally has consistently focused on helping creators participate in the onchain economy without unnecessary complexity. No pumped leaderboards full of AI generated content!

What went wrong with NFTs? My hottest take is that Play-to-Earn did more damage than good. Too many "games" weren't designed to be fun. They were designed to extract as much money as possible from players before the economy collapsed.

Once the rewards disappeared so did the players. NFTs should have been about ownership, creativity, and communities built around shared interests, not endless token emissions and impossible ROI promises.

Founder mode is doing the work when everyone tells you it won't matter. People said Humble Tractors would never be a hit. Well... they've been wrong and now we are celebrating 4 years of glory!

I ignored them and kept building. Since 2022, every one of my 1:1 NFT holders has received spin-off drops, shared in my airdrops, and together we've donated thousands to Save the Children, earthquake victims, and other charities.

Most people stay in employee mode because they wait for validation before they act. Founders create first and let the results do the talking. Rally helped me remember all those achievements!

I got bored of seeing the same 10k generated NFT collections everywhere, so instead of waiting for someone else to make something different, I built Humble Tractors as a chad collection!

I photographed 40 real tractors across different seasons and turned them into a collection that celebrates actual machines, real places, and the passage of time. It went from a random idea to a finished project because I stopped waiting for permission and just shipped it.

Sometimes the best way to stand out is to make something genuinely different. Rally will do something similar with Wingston, and now after the floor gets stable.. the only way is up!

I think free mints are the reset NFTs have needed for years. When people don't spend hundreds just to get aligned there's no instant pressure to flip. You need to earn that free WL to matter!

They stick around, participate, and actually build a community instead of watching the floor price every five minutes. That's why I like what Rally is doing with the free Wingston NFT.

It's a product first NFT with real utility like staking for RLPs, not another speculative JPEG. If you're curious check Rally and see why earning your place feels better than buying hype. See you there anon!
