My Ink Cult journey started as a top HoodMiner holder, which earned me the WL... so I minted my cultist and left him sitting in my wallet!
That changed when HoodMiners launched a mindshare campaign featuring Ink Cult NFTs as prizes. Naturally, I joined the grind and started exploring what the project had to offer.
Send your cultist into the woods, cross your fingers, and hope he returns with an animal. But this was only phase one! There's more to come!
Finished 5th in the mindshare campaign and got Cultist #655 as a prize! Sent him in the wild and got empty handed on his first hunt!
With 1,000 cultists, 20 legendary characters, hunting mechanics, and the Altar still to look forward to, there's plenty of room for Ink Cult to expand its dark-fantasy universe.
My cultist might be doing the hunting, but PVM is still grinding in the trenches. Different woods, same mission. Life is good ... when is not gloomy!
Managed to send both the cultist in a last hunt before the event ended and #655 found only tracks! The other one wasn't that lucky!
My OG cultist got butted by a ram and limped home, wounded for seven days. The hunt concluded and I managed to get three sheep!
Still, the Altar is coming, new mechanics could bring fresh opportunities, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the Ink Cult story unfolds.
You have knelt. You have bled black. The Ink remembers. The woods are calling and the ceremonial knives will soon be added for minting!
