Diversification: You're safety net

Today I decided to go over why we diversify and how break things up to make you're risk almost neutral. Diversification is extremely important if you intend to be successful. It provides you multiple sources from which to derive income and if done right protects you're assets and provides a consistent gain through any losses. In my personal opinion most of youre assets about 40 percent should go into a high interest bearing account and just be rotated around to insure the highest apy possible at all times. There's a lot of options for this such as nexo wallet or abra. Both give up to 12 percent apy which is killer considering the interest bearing accounts at the bank. You can provide liquidity to uniswap style exchanges but you really need to study and understand liquidity yield farming before going into that, It can be a confusing space with not much information easily found that's formatted it such a way as to actually provide usefulness. Then you take your remaining 60 percent and divide it between providing loans to short sellers on platforms such as kucoin, small cap cryptos with a use case and solid tokenomics, stocks, divedend yielding stocks, and futures. Divide how you choose but I'd suggest taking you're futures allotment and dividing it into 2-5 percent of the total allotment per trade. This makes it so trades taken only risk 2-5 percent of 15-20 percent of your overall capital. This has a compounding effect that minimizes potential losses exponentially. So basically 60-70 percent should be invested in passive income sources that are rotated between platforms to ensure maximum yield and the rest is carefully divided in such a way as to increase youre liquidity, which is what leverage is for to begin with, and regulate losses. Thank you. Good luck on your journeys.
