With exceptions, no one owes you anything
Luck, chance and coincidences exist, but they also depend on your actions
No relationship (any kind, not just sentimental) is never really over
If you like doing something, do it
Say thank you and please more often, but say sorry less often
Anyone can surprise you, anyone can disappoint you
There is such a thing as a free meal
Life can be very unfair, nothing that can be done about that
The list of people whose opinion you care about should about extremely small
Some things can be undone and unsaid, but you can still live with it
Most people forget things quite frequently and easily, even more important one
By all means do abide by the law, but try developing a reliable moral compass as well
Changing your opinion on something can be a good thing
Know when it's time to quite
Know when it's time to stop throwing good money after bad
Money on experience and consumable things is never wasted, money on things is sometimes wasted
Karma may exist, but if it does, it certainly tends to debtors and creditors
