Equalizer + Noxious Fumes Chaos! Battle Breakdown Inside

Equalizer + Noxious Fumes Chaos! Battle Breakdown Inside

Hello Splinterlands players, how are you? I hope your season is going well. There are only a few days left until the season ends, and I hope you achieve the best rankings and collect as many records as possible. I'm very excited because I've already reached almost 1300 this time. I still have a few days left, and I hope I'll get a chance to perform even better this season, as I still have a few more days left, which is a long time. It's difficult to predict anything, as my ranking may drop even further, or it may even rise further, but we'll only know that after the season ends. I'm thinking of taking a break for a few seasons and playing only in Modern. Wild is a bit expensive, and I can't invest as much in it, so I'd like to take a break for the next season. Today, through this post, I'm going to share some great battles with you all. I hope you'll enjoy them.

As you can see, the mana cap is around 42, and I could only use two elements: Fire and Life, so this time I chose the Life element because I have some cards with significant power there. My opponent also chose the Life element because the Life element has some good cards that are very useful in this type of ruleset.

Rulesets :

  • Equalizer -:

The initial health of all units is equal to that of the unit on either team with the highest base health.

Buffs and debuffs are done afterward - this impacts base health.

  • Noxious Fumes -:

All units start the battle poisoned and lose 2 health at the beginning of each round, starting in round 2.

Units with Immunity are not poisoned.
This is a one-time application - units that are Cleansed, Resurrected or Rebirthed will not be re-applied with poison.
Enrage is triggered by Poison application.

You can read in detail above which rule sets were used, and you can read in detail about those rule sets, what types they are and what kind of things they give you the benefit of.

5. Venari Crystalsmith (lvl 2) Luceheim Demon (lvl 4)

6. Pelacor Arbalest (lvl 1) Chaos Battle Mage (lvl 2)

Above, you can see which cards my opponent and I used in the open battle, and you can also check their levels.

Although the Equalizer ability equalised everyone's health, the card's abilities also matter a lot. Opinion also had very good battles, and you can see their levels. Open End had some Level 4 cards and some Level 1 cards, but most of the cards were of good level. I had a Level 3 max card, and the lowest level cards were Level 1. Regarding the summoning, my opponent had a Level 4 summoner, and I had a Level 2 summoner.

If you look closely at the battle, you'll notice that my opponent's first card was quite good in terms of attacking power, but its speed was a little low, which gave me a slight advantage. My opponent's attacking power was quite good, as you can see. I was also mostly using two cards, with ranged and magic attacks. My first card was just melee.

image.png

The attacking power of all the cards was quite good, especially the ranged attack cards, as they all had plus one attacking power, which made the battle less interesting. Initially, I thought the battle would be a little more difficult than mine, as my opponent's cards were quite good and powerful. However, having a proper strategy makes a huge difference. If you look at this pattern completely, you'll understand that speed changes a lot. Having different abilities on your cards also proves to be quite beneficial. The tank hill card I had helped me in some great battles.

As the battle progressed, it became increasingly interesting. If you watch the battle in its entirety, you'll have a blast. While I've shared screenshots, which won't cause you much trouble, if you'd like to see the battle in detail, you can watch it in full using the link below. I hope you enjoy it.
