I keep saying that Bitcoin is a unique opportunity that you must seize to change your money future for the better. Bitcoin is indeed an incredible monetary revolution that aims to give you back the power over your money.
Once you have taken power over the fruits of your labor, you can claim the freedom to live your life on your own terms.
Many people in the Western world, however, struggle to understand the need for such an incredible weapon as Bitcoin. Indeed, living in the United States, Canada, or Europe, you do not suffer the same injustice from the current system as people living in Africa, South America, or Southeast Asia.
However, even in the West, we are not all equal when it comes to the current monetary and financial system.
The Americans who suffer the most from the current system are those who hold the most cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin
A recent poll provided by Harris Poll to USA Today supports the idea that those who suffer the most from the unfairness of the current system are those who are quickest to wake up to the unique opportunity that Bitcoin represents.
The survey was conducted among 2,010 and 2,003 American adults during June and July 2021.
The first thing that emerges from the survey data is that digital assets such as Bitcoin are more popular among some groups of investors than others. For example, only 11% of White Americans surveyed say they hold cryptocurrencies:

This figure rises to 25% among LGBTQ Americans and 23% among Black Americans. It is still 17% among Hispanic Americans surveyed which is above the 13% average for the general public.
Even more interesting is that awareness of the incredible opportunity in the cryptocurrency world is much higher among these groups of investors as well:
Black, Latino, and LGBTQ Americans are more aware of cryptocurrencies than White Americans
Half of the Black Americans surveyed say they are familiar with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. That number is also at 50% for Asian Americans and 49% for Hispanic Americans.
On the White Americans side, it drops to 37%:

People from marginalized communities are the ones who suffer the most from the unfairness of the current monetary and financial system. Under these conditions, it is not surprising that they are looking for a new path to wealth and equity.
This path is through Bitcoin, which is a unique game-changer for these people.
This sentiment is highlighted in the rest of the data from this survey. Among Black Americans, 43% say the banking and loans industry has ever treated them unfairly. For members of the LGBTQ community, that number is 39%. This is in stark contrast to the general public, where that number drops to 28%.
A key piece of data that also emerges from this Harris Poll survey concerns the perception that these marginalized groups have of traditional financial institutions in the current system. It is telling that 58% of Black Americans, 66% of Hispanic Americans, and 59% of LGBTQ Americans say that these institutions “are not meant for people like me”:

For these people, Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are opportunities to invest their money freely and fairly. Black Americans see Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies as promoting these values that are essential to them.
Marginalized groups embrace the freedom and equity that Bitcoin provides
The attitude of American governments after every financial and economic crisis obviously reinforces this idea. Everyone realizes that there is something problematic about seeing trillions of dollars printed out of thin air to bail out big banks and corporations, while the people continue to suffer more than ever from the injustice of this system.
For people from these marginalized groups, the new world of cryptocurrency represents the hope that many racial and societal barriers will fall.
For example, access to home loans has always been a major problem for these people. This new path gives them hope for greater inclusion in the future. Even more interesting is the fact that this new path is accessible to everyone without conditions.
The problem is that the opportunities that have allowed some people to build wealth for decades have never been available to these minorities.
The fact that they have been discriminated against reduces the willingness of these minorities to come and participate in the equity market. This is catastrophic when you know that in the face of the great monetary inflation that we are experiencing, you are in the obligation to invest the fruit of your labor so as not to see your purchasing power decrease inexorably over time.
With Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, the situation is changing all over the world.
Final Thoughts
The thing to understand also is that even people living in the West who think they are safe from the injustice of the current system will eventually be caught up with the reality. The current system is one of inescapable widespread impoverishment by design.
Bitcoin is here to offer you an alternative that gives you the power and freedom to live your life on your own terms.
While many people still confuse Bitcoin with cryptocurrencies, the future will allow everyone to understand that the real and lasting revolution is in Bitcoin. It is only a matter of time in my opinion.
