Ciao a tutti! Immagino che qualcuno starà pensando che ora non è la stagione giusta per un gelato, beh per gli amanti del gelato e in casa mia in qualsiasi stagione il gelato è sempre gradito, specialmente per i bambini!
E' così buono, veloce e semplice da autoprodurlo che ho pensato di condividerlo con voi.
Inutile dire che i gusti da poter realizzare sono davvero tanti, io oggi vi propongo la versione base.
Ci basteranno pochissimi ingredienti per realizzare un gelato davvero gustoso senza l'utilizzo della gelatiera.

It's so good, fast and easy to make yourself that I thought I'd share it with you.
Needless to say, there are so many tastes to be made, today I propose the basic version.
We just need a few ingredients to make a really tasty ice cream without using an ice-cream make .

Fresh cream 250ml
Condensed milk 300 gr
Milk powder 4 tablespoons

:PREPARAZIONE:
1... Iniziamo montando la panna (ben fredda) con le fruste elettriche fino a quando raggiungerà una consistenza molto densa e compatta.

1... Let's start by whipping the (very cold) cream with electric whisks until it reaches a very dense and compact consistency.

2... Terminiamo aggiungendo il latte condensato e il latte in polvere, e mescoliamo con delicatezza, dall'alto verso il basso, per non smontare la panna.
Riporre il composto in un contenitore con il coperchio nel freezer per qualche ora.
