Martin "Marty" Deeks is an LAPD-NCIS Liaison Officer assigned to the Office of Special Projects (OSP), located in Los Angeles, California, which is run by Operations Manager, Hetty Lange.

He is also the partner to NCIS Junior Special Agent Kensi Blye.
