Potential for a pump

First, institutional entry and fund inflows are increasing. ETFs, currency funds, or large companies investing in crypto increase liquidity in the market, pushing price pressure upwards.

Second, regulation and legal clarity are expected to improve. Some countries are clarifying crypto laws, which will increase investor confidence.

Third, altcoins and new projects — the most attractive areas include DeFi, AI + blockchain collaboration, stablecoin development, etc. If this theory can work well, many altcoins could suddenly become a hit.

Fear of a dump

A big downside is micro and macroeconomic risks. Inflation, interest rate hikes, global economic crises, etc. can all negatively affect crypto.

Some days there will be a sudden storm — but the entire market will not collapse, unless there is some big negative news.
