Well June is gone, and with it half of this year. I am going to take a look at how I am doing with Actifit. OK, I have walked and posted on Actifit for nearly every day this year and except on a couple of occasions I have managed to walk at least ten thousand steps every day. This is what I have walked up to now, and the last ten days of walks I made in June:

So I walked over 450,000 steps in June and I have accumulated a total of over 2.5 million over these six months. As my goal for this year is 4 million steps I am now short of only a little less than 1.5 million steps to reach it, something I think I will do by November at the latest so I am doing great.

Yes, Actifit is great, and do you know something, I have always walked but never with the idea of walking at least 10k a day so I never saw any results, but I am glad to say that the belly I have had for decades and a consequence of drinking a lot of beer is finally receding, and I guess it must be because of the walking unless I am eating less now but I actually eat about the same as always.

That is one good thing about Actifit, another as you can see in the image is that you get to earn AFIT tokens of which I now have over 10,000. What are this good for? Well for starters I am now buying an Actifit vote which gives me about a 1 Steem vote on Steemit and it only costs 20 AFIT so I have a lot of votes if nothing else, at least 500 which would be 500 Steem (just think if the price of Steem goes up), now, I can only buy one every 4 days more or less. Apart from this each Actifit post gets me a small Actifit vote on Steemit. So to me Actifit is one of those real win/win applications.
