Tower of Strength

Your voice is music to my ears,
Drives away all fears.
Soothes me, seemingly tireless,
When I am restless.

Now and again I give trouble,
Yet, you don’t grumble.
Stand by me in all I do,
When I’m sad, you’re here too.

You lift me up from my falls,
Help me over the walls,
Encourage me to do my best,
In all of life’s tests.

Thank you for your guidance,
Pray I won’t be a nuisance,
But make the most out of life
And to the top I will strive.
