How I bought Bitcoin anonymously

I'm writing this because as a relatively new blockchain person, I had trouble doing this. Took me some time to figure it out. Hopefully this will help those of us who prefer privacy and freedom, and understand it's importance. (I am in no way affiliated with the below mentioned companies).

1. Bought Walmart gift card.

With cash of course, but really that isn't important  unless you are super paranoid. It's just a gift card. Keep the receipt you must have it.

2. Got a guarda wallet on my desktop.

I chose guarda as my wallet, seems to work nicely. I like it accepts a lot of crypto currencies. Use whatever Bitcoin wallet you want of course.

3. Went to Redeeem.

https://www.redeeem.com/

This site allows you to sell your Gift cards for Bitcoin. I found it fairly easy to use, and my card was bought within a day. I offered a big discount though.

4. Went through KYC using

     a) proton mail https://protonmail.com/

Proton mail is a privacy based email service out of switzerland. No personal info required.

    b) fake phone number https://freephonenum.com/

This site allows you to use sms phone numbers. If they have your phone number, they know at least who your family is. Of course a "burner" phone or a friends would work too. Worked Great for me!

Anytime you can avoid KYC do so. One day your ID is going to end up in the hands of people you don't want to have it. Remeber, it's your bank account now. It's time for the thugs to go the way of the dinosaurs. And when I say thugs, you know exactly who I mean.
