Community Discussions is a rebrand from the Social Hangouts. We host these calls monthly within the Polygon DAO to discuss the hot topic from the previous Learn & Grow series.

This is a space for all community members to come together, share their experiences and connect with each other about our wins, struggles, and quite often, failures.

This months hot topic was coaching, handholding and the importance of having coaching available within DAOs.

We are paving new frontiers. There are no maps, no guides and no playbooks. We're in completely uncharted territory and it's up to us to create these blueprints for the new world.

It's certainly not for everyone. Finding ways to accommodate people regardless of their background, learning style, communication style, or any number of other dynamics is paramount to the success (or failure) of the web3 ethos we're all striving for.

We all need a hand from time to time. Especially in this space where we have to abandon old paradigms and biases.
