Bitrue a Singapore exchange that deals primarily in trades of XRP are the first exchange to list the Flare Spark token. The catch is it's an I.O.U. and traders are not actually getting the tokens until a later date. The current price is around $0.13 cents USD. The exchange will not allow United States citizens to participate.
