[If you don't like chicken, you need therapy]
I just posted a very light story that got banned. It was only a short 300-something word piece that listed three recipes I found to be helpful in elevating the taste of bland chicken breast.
I picked and chose a grilled rice with shredded chicken recipe, a satay recipe from Bali, and a steamed chicken recipe. I didn't use AI to generate the texts or the images.
I write about food recipes and eating habits quite a lot in my journal and on Medium, but never on PB0x. The one time I did, it immediately got flagged.
This got me thinking... how accurate is the AI detection on Publish0x and what happens if your piece of content is wrongfully flagged as generated by artificial intelligence (as opposed to real intelligence, I suppose)?
AI Assistance Preventing You from Posting?
I know there are a few of you who have joined using my referral link and I also am aware that not all of you are active. What is preventing you from posting? Is AI assistance one of them? And where else are you sharing your content if not on PB0x?

To all of you, I'd like to say thanks so much for joining. Hopefully I, a human, can assist you in setting yourself up as an author here.
Some of you might have received the referral link from HubPages forum (hello again, Hubbers!) and are probably here looking for a new home to host your collection of content. As this might be an issue to you, too, do have a look at the following rules and code of conduct and the FAQs.
There is no mention on how the flagging system works or what is being done to check our posts, so we just have to take their word for it. The only thing the TOS say is AI generated content might get removed. Which also means it might not! But you never know...
Without a detailed explanation or a mechanism to challenge the flag, this can be a little bit disheartening. And PB0x does have the final say of whether or not the ban stays or gets lifted.
The good news is authors are free to repost content already published elsewhere. I'm going to give this a try and experiment with how my posts perform on PB0x vs Medium vs other platforms.
I joined Publish0x when this publishing platform was still thriving with contests and prizes of various tokens were very often given out to writers either for their writing or social media participation. This isn't as common anymore on here; the writers who I previously followed are also posting less if not never. (Not all of them, of course. Some are still going on strong!)
But things might take a different turn. Who knows where we'll be headed to in the future?
If you've joined through my referral link and would like to (1) collaborate on a piece of story, or (2) explore how the platform works, please send me a message or leave your thought or question in the comment section.
Here's an Idea: Write About Things Other Than Crypto
There's plenty of tags to choose from. There are 14 main categories, with more than 100 tags to cover any topic we can possibly think of.
If you do follow crypto news or enjoy discussing matters related to crypto, there shouldn't be an issue. These stories perform well on PB0x, and there's always something new to talk about.
From what I can see by reading, other categories don't perform as well.
Nevertheless, I plan to write about a variety of things that are not Bitcoin or crypto-related and discuss how they perform. And maybe experiment a little with long-form vs short-form content. I'll keep you updated on any progress.
If by chance, you're reading this and isn't a part of Publish0x yet, I invite you to join with my PB0x Ambassador link 💅here. I'll earn a small portion of the tip generated from your interactions.
Until the next post, then!
