1. Potato Sandwich

Ingredients (for 3 portions):

3 boiled and peeled potatoes
60 g of bread crumbs
30 g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
6 slices of gouda cheese
6 slices of salami

1.1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese in a bowl, and season to taste. 1.3. Break the eggs into a bowl. Next, pass the sliced potatoes through the eggs and then through the breadcrumbs.

1.2. Fry the potato slices on both sides. For each sandwich, cover one potato slice with a gouda cheese and a salami slice. Cover with another potato slice.

1.3. If you like, you can leave the sandwich a little bit in the pan or heat it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C with the air circulation activated. This will melt the cheese and make the salami crispy.

2. Stuffed Potato Nest

Ingredients (for 4 portions):

400 g boiled and peeled potatoes
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
50 g of bacon
100 g of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
4 egg yolks
Breadcrumbs for sprinkling

Preparation mode:

2.1. Mash the potatoes and mix them with the breadcrumbs, bacon, half the cheese and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then form four pancakes with the potato mixture and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

2.2. With a small glass, form a dip in each cake.

2.3. Spread the rest of the cheese over the depression and add an egg to each one. Bake everything for 15 minutes at 180 °C with the air circulation activated and... the stuffed potato nests are ready!

3. Stuffed potato towers

You need (for 4 portions):

400 g of boiled and peeled potatoes
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
4 miniballs of mozzarella cheese
50 g diced bacon

Preparation mode:

3.1. Crush the potatoes and mix them with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg yolks and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Place the potato dough in a piping bag. With this, form four flat cakes and smooth the surface of these with a spoon. Leave the rest of the potato dough in the piping bag.

3.2. In the center of each potato cake, place a mini-ball of mozzarella cheese and surround these with diced bacon.

3.3. Cover with the rest of the potato dough from the piping bag in a spiral shape. At the end, you will have small roasts.

3.4. Finally, bake the turrets for 15 minutes at 190 °C with the air circulation activated. The potato turrets with surprise inside are ready!
