𝓢𝓸𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵 𝓟𝓪𝔂 is a new project that consists of using shopping vouchers in the form of tokens, issued by the 🆂🅲🆁🆈🅿🆃🅰 blockchain (startup in Ragusa, Sicily, Italy).
These vouchers provided by the national government are distributed to families who have economic problems (to buy food).
The Municipality (of a city) distributes directly to eligible citizens a Card with QR-code numbered and assigned in a manner
unique to the subjects identified by the entity. Together with the Card, it provides a 5-digit PIN that allows the exclusive use of the funds. The Municipality then pays the contributions, making the citizen always use the same card (it is a sort of rechargeable card that receives tokens). Merchants who join the system are equipped with a special web app to be installed on their smartphone or tablet (virtual Pos), which allows you to read the back of the Card assigned to the citizen and withdraw the sums related to the purchase in your business.
The citizen must however authorize the purchase by entering the PIN in the merchant's virtual POS.
Each operator through his web application can constantly check his digital account, where he verifies the crediting of the amounts in real time. Within the application there is also a specific function to be able to request the redemption of tokens, simply forwarding the refund request to the Municipality which will proceed with the balance by bank transfer. The Municipality receives reimbursement requests from the operator and can constantly check the correct functioning.
