During the 24 hours of the event, starting at 00:00 UTC, event participants set aside a quantity of Hive to do Power Up, with some benefits for the user who does more than 10 Hive, and of course, for the entire ecosystem that benefits greatly from this attitude.

The Importance of Hive and HP
Hive is a blockchain that, despite having web3 games and other crypto projects, its focus is on being a web3 social network option, which rewards its users by issuing more hive tokens, a portion of which goes to user posts depending on the number of votes the content received.
These votes depend precisely on the amount of HP that the voter has, so the first reason to strengthen your account with more HP is to increase your influence on the network and your ability to vote on content and participate in network decisions. Hive Power Up Month
For those who don't know about this event, you need to fulfill one of two requirements throughout the month to be eligible to receive the HPUM medal and also an HP delegation. The first option is to make a post and select the payout option as 100% in HIVE. For those who want to maximize their Hive earnings or are looking for a short-term goal with the token, this may be the best option. The second option that the user has is to Power UP at least 1 Hive per day. There are two options to complete the day to participate and win the HPUM medal.
In this last Hive Power Up Month, I tried to participate every day by doing a power up of at least 1 hive, with some days doing even more than that. Unfortunately, I ended up not being able to complete the Hive Power Up Month of April, because I ended up not doing the power up for 3 days. I even think there could be some kind of “save” for those who forget to participate a few days, because they end up losing the habit building, since when they miss a day they will have to start after a month. A tip for those who are going to do the power ups is to set aside a time when you already have to do something else so you don't forget.
