This is wildly off-topic for this blog, but I think it's important. So, bear with me for a huggy, touchy-feely PSA.
For another project, which is getting shuttered, I wrote a guide to finding a therapist. Working in mental health, I saw a gap; there's a ton of info re: finding a therapist who's a good fit for long-term care, but none to bridge how you find one when you already feel like shit and can barely function.
The whole ordeal is overwhelming in the best of times. This guide was for the *other* times.
I still think this info is sorely needed. So, with that project closing, I updated and abridged the guide.
I don't want kudos or insults. Shit comments will be ignored. I don't even want tips on this post. I just want to make this available so it finds the people who need it, so I'm spamming the world with it. Feel free to share it, ignore it, whatever you need.
May you never need it.
