Solana is finding it's way across the world and managed to get into many govt offices. And the chain has managed to attract many enterprise and govt offices for the implementation of the asset and the tokens through chain offering. 

Take example of the Hong kong's govt office's OASES program. This program has onboarded "The Solana Company" which is running on the NASDAQ under ticker of HSDT. This means hong kong's city's strategic companies placement would be in the place. 

The Solana company has it's hand full in the stablecoins, digital assets, tokenized assets and the variety of RWA offerings. And they seem to be making progress in the times of the digital movement of the govt and enterprises for ledger transparency. 

What else they want to do in China and Hong kong operations? Setting up a validator for locally owned enterprise and govt transactions can be one thing. Also having stakes across Solana's assets would be another.
