I nearly wiped out my demo challenge account recently. I had been analyzing the extreme market volatility during the first week of April, driven by a slew of upcoming economic reports. Given the disconnect between the equities and commodities markets, I aimed to avoid equities altogether, focusing instead on commodities. My intention was to continue a successful soybean trade.

However, during my analysis, I mistakenly selected the Nasdaq ticker and began incurring losses right away. Rather than cutting my losses, I decided to let the trade continue, which ultimately led to me being stopped out. Frustrated by this outcome, I engaged in revenge trading and faced another stop-out. As a result, I lost all the gains I had previously made and now find myself restarting my journey to reach $3,000.
