CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 81,05 km cycling ride that lasted about 3h18minutes !
When i woke up in the morning, the day was cloudy with some of wind, however I didn't hesitate and went outside to do another free training before the working week ahead. It was a ride a little bit hard than yesterday, also in the countryside but now in the low mountains. This was a low to mid intensity workout in order to promote blood flow to the muscles and improve my cardiorespiratory fitness with this aerobic activity. After passing the mountains, i did a 20' time trial with some intensity always against the wind managing to ride between 30kph and 45kph. This TT give an extra boost to the training effect achieving in the end a score of 3.0 (impacting my aerobic condition). I ended this activity with 909 m elevation gain, and with an average heart rate of 110 HR and 156 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
