CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 85,14 km cycling ride that lasted about 4h54minutes !
Yesterday, the day was sunny but with hard north wind, however I didn't hesitate and went outside to do another Mountain Bike Ride. It was a hard ride in the countryside with some low mountains. This was a low to mid intensity workout in order to promote blood flow to the muscles and improve my cardiorespiratory fitness with this aerobic activity. I did some interval series with mid to high intensity on the hills (some of them + 25% grade) in order to improve my fitness and tolerance to pain. All of this gave me a training effect score of 3.0 (impacting my aerobic condition). I ended this activity with 2006 m elevation gain, and with an average heart rate of 116 HR and 157 max HR.
