After the indoor workouts from the week, today i went for the mountains. The route i followed was full of climbs with insane slopes (1st climb up to13% 😕, 2nd up to 20% 😧, 3rd one up to 23% 😱, then reached the top of the mountain at 900m 🏔 then the next climb was up to 14% 😬 and the last up to 10%. This was a high intensity workout in order to gain and improve my strength and cadence on the uphills. I achieved a training effect of 3.8 .impacting my aerobic fitness and improve my cardiorespiratory fitness during this activity. I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 134 HR and 164 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
