Today i performed one pyramid and half with medium RPM (84 rpm avg) in order to promote an increase of stamina, so i did 14x2' increasing from 180 watts to 275watts with no recover. This medium effort had a positive impact on maintaining my cardiorespiratory fitness with a 2.9 Training Effect. Finished with a 7 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate. Done this activity with an average heart rate of 121 HR and 160 max HR. In terms of power, i ended up with 158 W average, 280 W max. Check below my charts stats.
