Yesterday, after work i performed a some power block series only to maintain cardiorespiratory fitness. I did 2x5' @ 180watts, a 3x3' @ 235watts and another 2x5' @ 180watts every serie with 1' of recover. This low effort had a neutral impact with a 1.6 Training Effect. Finished with a 10 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate. Done this activity with an average heart rate of 111 HR and 140 max HR. In terms of power, i ended up with 146 W average, 238 W max. Check below my charts stats. It is a good start before a day's work.
