After the Time Trial workout from yesterday, today i went for a active recovery workout around the countryside passing trough small villages. This was a low intensity workout in order to promote blood flow to the muscles, helping them to recover better and faster, still gaining a slight boost to my cardiorespiratory fitness with this easy aerobic activity. I achieved a training effect of 1.8 . I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 106 HR and 146 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
