After that, i performed a some power block series, 2x1' @ 260watts with a recover of 3', second block 2x2' @ 280watts with a recover of 4' and the third block 2x2'30'' @ 300watts. This moderate effort have a positive impact on aerobic metabolism and produce an aerobic 3.0 Training Effect. Finished with a 10 minute muscle cold down and reducing the heart rate.
