CHECK IT OUT, CryptoBlonde just finished a 60 km cycling ride that lasted about 2h32minutes !
After the heavy and exhausting workout from yesterday, today i went for a active recovery workout with low intensity in order to promote blood flow to the muscles, helping them to recover better and faster. I achieved a training effect of 1.2 . I ended this activity with an average heart rate of 95 HR and 116 max HR. Check below my charts stats.
