Cardano Decentralised Deputy Diary. Text 2

Hello, my readers and everyone interested in Cardano and blockchain governance.

Date: 17 July 2025

Voting Power: ₳ 206 468

Today I voted on Treasury Withdrawal Action "Withdraw ₳45,217 for MLabs Core Tool Maintenance & Enhancement: Cardano.nix"

At the moment when I was voting, ₳ 144.01M or 2.68% voted "Yes" and ₳ 249.07M 4.64% voted "No".

I was thinking about how I should vote. And the fact that Intersect is involved in this proposal was a big red flag for me. By the way, at the end of proposal, you can see that "Author signature is not verified" near Intersect. Similarly, Intersect is a red flag for me. I consider it a parasite bureaucratic organization. It was not elected; we didn't vote for them. They are just earning money. I remember when it was created, I signed up, but was never invited to a seminar. And to participate in Intersect elections, you need to pay. Intersect is like bureacrats waging war for money and power in the Cardano community. We don't need them. Maybe I mistaking? Maybe. But the majority of voters (at the moment of writing this post) also voted "No". So my vote is No.

Best regards,
