Hello guys, again.

I've seen this wonderful new creativity contest, #DeFiFARMer Writing Contest and Giveaway: $900 in $FARM Prizes! and I want to give it another try. So far, I have participated with two articles in contests regarding Harvest Finance: Harvest.Finance is still attractive & Time to farm! Ready to harvest!. I had no luck, so, hopefully, the 3rd time will bring me something. Even if I'm not going to be a winner, gaining experience is as important as the prize itself. 

I didn't win anything in 2 rounds of Creativity Contest, but now I can up my game and do an article, one of the things I excel at. Still a beginner in the crypto-world, but I know how to play my cards. If it's a lucky card, I shall see. If this is not successful, that's strike 3 and I'm out.

What is Harvest.Finance?

Harvest Finance is a platform where users can deposit their assets and become liquidity providers. Users can also stake into the pools and receive $FARM as reward. 

What made me wonder is the 3CRV pool which will reward 3 tokens (Pickle, Farm and CVR). 

The website is a bit strange but very entertaining to browse. It gives you a very strange, but chilly sensation of old: numbers, digits, line and stopwatch. it gives you the impression of a lot of $$money and the feeling of one of the great financiers of the Wall Street. Watching their website, I feel like I'm a crypto-genius. Actually, I'm a newbie. 

What intrigues me is what is FARM?

FARM is a cash flow token for Harvest, one of the largest autonomous hedge funds.

Other things that I learnt are fDAI, fUSDC, fWBTC. I'm not even going to try to explain this in my words. The terms are too technical for me but I will give you the definition below:

fDAI, fUSDC, fWBTC are the yield-bearing versions of these assets, which are being automatically farmed by the harvest algorithm.
These assets are automatically appreciating, and you can redeem them at any time for DAI, USDC, wBTC.

The life of Chad

Now, let's focus on Chad. Chad was a farmer boy, who was living in a small village. His family had all kind of domestic animals and bird and thousands of acres of land, where they were cultivating all kinds of crops. His farm was on the outskirts of a big city and due to the rural isolation, Chad did not have many friends.  

The story begins when he was little. Every night, before going to bed, his Papa was reading stories about harvest finance and yield farming. So Chad grew up knowing everything about harvest.finance and yield farming.

Years after, when he was in school, he was dreaming to go to college, as many of his schools mates, to play American football. He dreamed to be a quarterback and his team's star player. Unfortunately, he has to stay close to home and help his parents with the farm business. 

With time, Chad started to chip into the Harvest Finance pools, and while his friends were dreaming on becoming starts on Broadway or top dogs on Wall Street, Chad expanded his portfolio. 

With time, his friends moved on and left the village. Chad has become an adult and he was focusing on hitting the gym and making farming more efficient. He learned from Harvest Finance that great APY can be obtained without effort. Chad constantly invested in the FARM pool and with APY over 200%, his wealth was constantly growing. 

Year after year, Chad's wealth got bigger and now the little village is a farming paradise. Chad was elected mayor and very humble farmer is now happy. Chad is giving #BreadForThePeople. Chad has another quality: he does not like politics, so he was able to help everybody from his village, he built roads, schools, hospitals. He developed his village so much that people from the nearest cities moved in and got jobs and helped the local economy. 

Don't be average Larry, be like Chad.
