This week Battle Challenge is the Water Elemental. This card is quite nice to be last on the team placement, with Heal at level 1 and Dodge at level 5. It is also useful on Equalizer and Earthquake rulesets. At max level it has a nice 4 Attack and 7 Health, being a decent card for 5 Mana. If you have the card in its Alpha form and Gold, you will have a nice +20% DEC bonus reward.
Now let's see how i can play this one. The match had 48 Mana limit, with Weak Magic (Magic attack armor first) and Melee Mayhem (Melee attacks from any position) ruleset. I used my Legendary summoner Lir Deepswimer, even if it was only level 1, as it will give +2 Armor, Return Fire and Blind the opponent cards. I used Goblin Mech, followed by Wave Runner to tank, for extra damage i had the Sandworm for Sneak and Feasting Seaweed for Opportunity, to clear the last cards on the back, with Axe Master and Water elemental for a nice 6 Ranged damage.
Obviously the opponent was outclassed, as he chose a Magic Damage team, with not enough health, all of it level 1. Not even one of the monsters in my team died. This is not something that it is happening very often on Gold league.
