The second season ended in Splinterlands, with some interesting results, and I am close to devise a strategy for the next ones. This time I stopped in Diamond I, as going to Champion was making the chest worth too many points. I think I may go only up doing season chests until I reach higher ranks, and only then do more focus ones, as looking at the past season, I did more chests in the last 3 days than the previous 12 combined. Renting key summoners is still needed.

Diamond I was the highest rank this season, and I still had problems going up from Gold to Diamond for some reason, mistakenly trying to do more focus chests, as I lost quite a bit. The win/loss ration was 0.89, first time beind lower than 1 after maybe 6 succesfull months. Splinterlands is becoming more competitive.

On the Airdrop, adding the rewards from the validator node also, I received 3940 SPS and 146 Vouchers. So the total value for the rewards this season was $290 (DEC -$18.95, CREDITS -$12.86, SPS -$196.95, VOUCHERS -$61.32)
This season I will try a new strategy, instead of randomly looking for wins for focus chests, I will go up to 100% Capture rate, and only fight down to 90%, until the last 3-4 days of the season, where I hope I can get some decent splinters to focus on for 10-15 chests per day.
