Trying To Write On A Different Topics On Publish0x

I have tried to write on a different topics completely not related to crypto and it turns out there is not much interest in anything but crypto.

It is quite understood as the tips are paid in crypto and majority of users are crypto tech fans and holders. 

But is it possible for Publish0x to expand beyond crypto and attract writers and readers of different topics? 

I think as it currently stands the platform is focused on crypto so any newcomer will see 100% crypto related topics. And dividing attention to other type of Articles might not be good for the platform. 

If we look at other sites and projects everyone has its niche, they build around it and that brings readers and fans of that particular niche. Suddenly changing to something else will cause the current crowd to disperse and go somewhere.

There is option to create different Blogs on publish but I think all your current subscribers to crypto related blogs will see it and if you post something out of their interest it can kind of shock them because they subscribed for different purpose. 

Examples of earnings:

Here I wrote Crypto related Article that did quite well I think anything above $0.20 is a success.

Then I decided to publish an article about UFO it gathered not so much interest and earned almost nothing.

After that, I published another article about Crypto and it did terribly.

Conclusion?

I have completely diverted from one subject to another and it looks like it had an effect on my blog. 

If you are planning to write on Publish I recommend to pick crypto niche and build around it because the followers you gain follow you because of what you write. Earnings can be a good indicator showing you if you picked the right topic to write about.
