Greetings Coffee Connoisseurs,

This time, I detail to your another chosen favourite of my select coffee taste, Monster Espresso Salted Caramel!



Not to be confused with it's larger canned cousin, the Java Salted Caramel mentioned prior, these small cans pack a huge energy punch, at a whopping 150 mg/8.4 oz of caffeination we all strive to enjoy and find new kinds of, which is why I'm here! These little aren't for the feint of heart, as you'll be jittery for a good whole afternoon. However, if you're akin to myself and love a good, strong and boastfully palatable coffee, stick around for the flavour profile.



Unlike every other Java from Monster I've tried has tasted overtly sweet (but not intolerably so for myself), minus the Java Vanilla Light variation mentioned previously. It's very potent and pungently smells like a coffeehouse, grinding away the day and producing such exquisite caffeination nectar. I find the flavour is very strong, true, but it has such a robust sub-note array that it's almost certifiably going to send your taste-buds into a tailspin. With an overall profile of a dark roasted espresso bean, and sub-notes of a mild fruity, yet caramel-y flavour are sure to make any time with this memorable and enjoyable.



Now, finally for some pros and cons. I find the size of the can to be a tad underwhelming for it's potency, as kinds of Monster often are seen at 200+ mg a can, and this size is sort of laughable. As far as positives, the content of said caffeine does not make up for the depreciable size, but does set it as one trying to be unique in a world of copycats and doppelgangers.
