Well, the announcement came a little later than usual for the Brave team but today they announced the newest Brave Wallet integrations. While the number of partnerships is the fewest yet at just 4 these partnerships span several blockchains. In the post as well the development team highlighted key developments in how they will be integrating and analyzing partnerships. 

For those of you that are new to this series last year, Brave Browser Wallet announced integrations with over 80 different partners ranging in blockchains and applications. Some of these partners include 1inch, Unstoppable Domains, and LooksRare showing the all-encompassing nature of the selected integrations. Moving forward the development team is going to look to further deepen business ties with the partners along with a more public application process. Another key thing is that they are going to look to leverage both current partners as well as prospective ones to find even more integration for BAT increasing its utility. 

This month's additions included Blocksmith Labs, Planet IX, trisolaris, and 2X2Y. With these additions, the development team continues the goal of spanning blockchains and applications as they did last year. So who are these different partners? Blocksmith Labs is looking to develop Web3 solutions that can be used by the creative community and real-world applications. Planet IX as many know is one of the largest NFT strategy games on the Polygon Network. Trisolaris is a one-stop shop for individuals who use the NEAR blockchain and traders. Lastly, X2Y2 is not only an NFT marketplace on Ethereum but also an NFT lending platform as well. The revenue generated by X2Y2 is paid to those who stake their X2Y2 tokens. 

I look forward to seeing what this month holds as I am running out of different DApps/companies that the Brave team might partner with next. It is extremely encouraging to see them now make the statement that they are going to pivot to being much more transparent in who they select as well as why. The BAT token as always had the ability to really be leveraged by Brave in their partnerships and so I look forward to seeing how that plays out and what they are able to do in that space!
